We use as many locally sourced ingredients we can find, and the best stuff available beyond local, free of things you wouldn’t want in your food. Making sure you get the freshest meal possible. We try to make everything from scratch utilizing the highest quality ingredients
We use farm fresh free range eggs from Athens, Ohio
We cure all of our bacon in house with Ohio maple syrup, make all of our sausage, biscuits, cinnamon rolls and muffins from scratch. So if we run out of something, please be patient. Good food takes time.
